1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using MarginSolver, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or calculation tools.
2. Financial estimation disclaimer
The calculators, spreadsheets, and educational guides provided on MarginSolver are intended solely for general illustrative and educational modeling purposes. While we strive to maintain complete accuracy with 2026–2027 published fee tables, e-commerce platform fees (including Amazon FBA, Shopify, Stripe, and carriers) are subject to continuous change, special category exceptions, discretionary adjustments, and dimensional measurement variances.
No financial or legal advice: The calculations do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying exact fulfillment rates and transaction fees in your official Amazon Seller Central or Shopify merchant accounts before committing manufacturing capital.
3. Intellectual property notice
All proprietary website layout, custom algorithms, interactive code, SVG charts, and original written pillar guides are the intellectual property of MarginSolver. You may not scrape, republish, or duplicate our software or content without express written authorization.
Amazon, Fulfillment by Amazon, FBA, Prime, and all associated marks are registered trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Shopify is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc. MarginSolver is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these entities.
4. Limitation of liability
In no event shall MarginSolver, its developers, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, inventory losses, fee overcharges, or business interruption—arising out of your use or inability to use our tools.
